Chris Billam-Smith makes the first defence of his cruiserweight world title tonight as he fights Mateusz Masternak in Bournemouth.
Billam-Smith is fighting for the first time since becoming a world champion when he handed Lawrence Okolie his first professional defeat back in May. 'The Gentleman' is looking for his 10th consecutive win against Masternak as his last defeat came against Richard Riakporhe over four years ago.
Masternak is a 36-year-old veteran of over 50 fights and his fight against Billam-Smith tonight marks the first world title shot of his career. The Pole is unbeaten in his last five fights but none of those wins have come against top competition, so here's all you need to know about tonight's fights...
There are six fights taking place on the Billam-Smith vs Masternak undercard and coverage of the event will begin at 7pm. Ring walks for the main event can be expected to take place around 10:15pm with the first bell sounding shortly after that. All fight times are subject to change depending on the results of the undercard.

Billam-Smith: "The dream is always to win a world title and I got the opportunity to do that at Bournemouth stadium. We've worked for years to get shows down here and now we've had four back-to-back. The fans have always turned out to create an amazing atmosphere and I can't wait to be walking out on Sunday as a defending champion."
Masternak: "My journey in boxing has lasted a long time, this preparation for the fight has been magical. We have a deal with my wife, we said that if I want a third baby I have to become a world champion. My daughter is now five and I have to keep my promise, the WBO belt will be mine on Sunday."2023-12-10T07:32:42Z dg43tfdfdgfd
